All Athletes must be a US Citizen, non US Citizens who are legal residents of the US and resided in the US for at least one years are eligible to participate.

All athletes must be currently registered with USA Boxing and have all appropriate paperwork accompanying their passbook.

If you are already a USA Boxing Member, please add your USA Boxing Membership ID Number. If you are not currently a USA Boxing Member, please follow click the link below to become a member.

All Athletes are required to present a USA Boxing “Fit to Box” physical exam form, it should be included with your athlete passbook.

This is your online registration form, which will verify your information is current and correct prior to in person weigh ins. You will be required to attend the IN PERSON WEIGH INS on February 17, 2024, 10AM - 1PM with your USA Boxing Passport. There is a $10 registration fee required at weigh ins.

If you would like to mail in this form it must be received prior to February 4, 2023.
